Lambie

This precious little guy belongs to the son of my friend and co-worker Jodie.  Lambie has been with Jack since his birth (he's 7) and when he came to visit Sonia and I he was showing the love! He literally had the stuffing knocked out of him.

After much stress and a great deal of work, we stitched Lambie's origional body to a remade flannel body - and patched up many of the larger holes. I touched up his embroidered face and we added a patch of chenille to his head using a charming blanket stitch - as Jack likes to rub Lambie's head when he's going to sleep and we wanted to restore the origional softness for this tender snuggling.  He looks wonderful and Jack was pleased with the end result - much to our relief!

Unfortunately, we neglected to get a before picture of Lambie - a mistake we highly regret and will hopefully not repeat.
