Things are taking shape and we're moving into our new identity quite nicely. Next week will mark the end of our first month as "Third Street Handcrafters". We've created our new blog, a new email address, a flickr account and are in the process of resurrecting our ETSY shop. Among all of the fun new things we're doing, is the dreaded task of re-tagging all of our items.
The re-tagging project started today. We're still printing and cutting the tags ourselves so this project is labour intensive, with the esthetic reward of seeing our new tags in action.
This fall one of our goals is to make purchasing from us easier. A big step in this will be our new ETSY shop. ETSY is a great shopping website devoted to the sale and promotion of hand made items. We'll post a link to our shops once it's up and running.
We will also be hosting a private shopping party on Saturday October 24 at my house, featuring us and our crafty friend Ashton from "The Jumping Crow". We're still working out the details, because this will be in my home I will not be posting the location on our blog, we'd love to have you, please email us for the time and location.
